The Special Education Department in the Shelbyville CUSD #4 offers a full continuum of special education services for children between the ages of 3 and 21. We work to provide supports that will help each special education student be successful in the Least Restrictive Environment. Parents are an integral part of this process.

The majority of our special education students are served in the Shelbyville Schools. However, we also serve a few of our special education students at:

  • Diagnostic & Developmental Center (DDC) in Mattoon
  • Hearing Impaired Program in Mattoon
