NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Board of Education of Shelbyville Community Unit School District No. 4 in the County of Shelby, State of Illinois, that a public hearing will be held at 6:45 PM on the 18th day of May, 2023 at the Shelbyville High School Cafeteria, located at 1001 W.N. 6th Street, Shelbyville, Illinois, in School District No. 4.
The purpose of said hearing will be to receive public comment on a proposed waiver application by said School District to the Illinois State Board of Education for waiver of the Illinois School Code rules for out-of-district tuition waivers for children of full-time staff members who live outside of Shelbyville Community Unit School District.
