Event Expectations

Please understand that full compliance is both expected and appreciated.  This has required a considerable amount of coordination, and we have done everything we can to make this ceremonial experience possible for our senior level students.

There will be designated sections of seating for both students and spectators.  Graduates will be seated at the center of the football field, and spectators in attendance will be allowed to sit within either the bleachers, or along the east/west side of the field.  Spectators should plan to bring their own lawn chair.  We will not have a limit on the amount of guests or spectators who are allowed to attend the event.

The diploma case will be distributed to the students on the event stage.  Seniors will be directed to pick up their certified diploma and their senior athletic poster at the school entrance area after they have been dismissed from the field.  At this time, seniors should turn in all borrowed merchandise to the support staff.
