Kindergarten Grandparents are invited for a special visit to their grandchildren's school on Friday, October 1st, 2021 @ 1:30 PM.
Enjoy a music performance in the SHS recently renovated auditorium. Then, get the chance to see the classroom & meet their teacher. There is also time to share a snack in the cafeteria where they eat lunch everyday. Student ART projects will also be displayed to view & praise.
Face masks are required & we encourage all visitors to social distance as much as possible.
Please be sure to let the Kindergarten teacher know how many grandparents will be attending via ClassDOJO.
Also, if you would like the grandparent(s) to be able to "sign-out" the student since this event ends so close to the conclusion of the school day, please let the classroom teacher know & each kindergarten teacher will have a sign-out sheet with them in their classroom along with a list of approved adults to release the kindergarten students to.

Shelbyville Kindergarten students & families are invited to the Shelbyville Kindergarten Center Thursday, September 23rd, 2021 @ (5-6) PM to talk with the teacher, visit the classroom, see student work, share a snack with their child/student in the cafeteria where they eat lunch everyday & even have some fun playground time. This is an "open house" format & is just an opportunity to strengthen the school-home connection & partnership.

This message is from Shelbyville CUSD #4: Parents, the school district continues to experience a shortage of able-bodied bus drivers. We urge your patience and understanding as some routes may experience delays. Additionally, if you are able to bring your child to school in the morning and pick them up at the end of the day, especially students living in town, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again for your understanding.
