Main Street STUDENT Wellness Challenge 2: PHYSICAL ACTIVITY kicks-OFF tomorrow... make it a goal to complete (13) physical activities outside of school.
You will feel better & be happier & begin a healthy habit to continue.
This challenge is sponsored by Tad Mayhall @ Edward-Jones.
Students will have a tracker sheet to mark off activities. Teachers will show a presentation on the benefits of being active and some of the many activities we can do.
Red Ribbon Week 2024 at Moulton is October 28th-November 1st. This year's theme is
"Life is a Movie, Film Drug Free!"
